Mr. Adams holds an MBA from West Virginia University's College of Business and Economics and received his undergraduate degree from Shepherd University. Mr. Adams has worked for the Belden Brick Company and its sister company Redland Brick Inc. for 20 years in a number of capacities including Plant Manager, Chief Information Officer, President and CEO of Redland Brick Inc. In addition, Mr. Adams has been a licensed contractor since 1989 in the state of West Virginia owning his own firm, Adams Construction, LLC.

Mr. Whalley has been involved in heavy clay manufacturing for more than 30 years. His career spans 2 continents. Mr. Whalley has held a wide variety of positions in manufacturing and was classically trained as a technician for manufacturing operations. Mr. Whalley has worked for Redland Brick for 27 years in a number of capacities and has served as the Director of Manufacturing for 19 years. During Mr. Whalley's tenure at Redland Brick, he was been responsible for the design and construction of a $27 million plant, acquisition and integration of two manufacuring operations and countless plant upgrades.

Ben Skoog joined Arcitell in early 2018 to lead commercialization efforts. Mr. Skoog worked primarily in the siding business for LP Building Products for 15 years. Mr. Skoog held a variety of marketing and management positions including Director of Business Marketing for the siding group and Vice President of growth and innovation leading the efforts to launch new products and develop new markets for the company. Mr. Skoog's work in the building materials industry includes sales and marketing roles at Universal Forest Products and CertainTeed Corporation. Mr. Skoog earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Mr. Skoog pursued MBA studies at Villanova University and Garden Valley State University. In addition, he is a graduate of the Scarlett Leadership institute, Center for Creative Leadership, Mahler School of Executive Leadership, Kellogg School of Management, and Blanchard Companies.
